To find the Supportman App - scroll down on the left hand panel of your Slack, to the Apps section. You should see Supportman there.
Click on the Supportman App to open it up on the right hand side.
You will see 3 tabs:

Messages

When you first set up Supportman, you should receive a message as below. Supportman will also automatically create an #intercom-ratings channel. This is where your CSAT ratings will start to appear.
There is also a Send Weekly Report button, this will generate visual data of your last 7 days.
