Supportman settings in Slack

The home tab on your Supportman App in Slack is where you can alter your notification settings.

Choose your channel

You can choose which channel you would like Supportman to post your CSAT ratings to. While the default is to the #intercom-ratings channel Supportman creates - you can choose any channel to direct your ratings to.

Choose your CSAT ratings of interest

You can also choose which CSAT ratings you would like to be notified of. You can focus on what matters to you.

Only interested in remarks?

More specific settings allow you to choose to only receive notifications when a remark is included from the customer.

You can also specify to only focus on human-agent customer interactions, and leave Fin handled conversations notification free.

Receive time-based notifications for events of interest
